Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy – Vynoraa.in

At Vynoraa, we aim to provide high-quality shirts and t-shirts. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple 5-day replacement and refund policy.


1. 5-Day Return & Replacement Policy

  • Customers can request a return or replacement within 5 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Return/Replacement

To qualify, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Not be damaged or altered by the customer


3. Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns/replacements in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Size issue

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Product not as described


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


5. Replacement Process

  • Replacement requests will be processed after product verification.

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, or without tags

  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance (if applicable)
