At Vynoraa.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a simple and transparent refund and returns policy for all our shirts and t-shirts.

1. Return Policy (5 Days)

  • You can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 5 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and invoice

  • Not be damaged or altered by the customer

3. Reasons for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Size or fit issue

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Product differs from description or image

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement requests are processed after product verification.

  • If the requested item/size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if applicable)
